Hello guys!! Welcome to my first blog post, So as per I'm not a scribblertype, but this quarantine made me write this. Okay!! Here I'm going to share some authentic recipe (cuisine)of India. Though it have a giant past of 8000 years various groups and cultures are interacted to Indian subcontinent, leading to diversity regional cuisines and flavors found now a days in India.
Earlier Indian cuisine consisted of legumes , vegetables, fruits ,grains, dairy products and honey. Staple foods eaten today include a various of lentils (dal), whole-wheat flour (atta),rice and pearl millet (bajra) which has been cultivated since 6200BCE.

You can find different types of cuisine across India because of its local culture and geographical location and of course seasonally , depending on which vegetables and fruits are ripe.
Some famous maincourse in Indian cuisine you should try must are biriyani, tandoori chicken, dal makhanni,palak paneer(a dish made with spinach and cotton cheese),rajmachawala(curried red kidney beans with steamed rice),rogan josh(popular kashmiri dish)pakhala(waterd rice with yogurt) And you can also taste vada,pavbhaji, dhokla,kachori as breakfast
Talking about Indian cuisine and not including dessert, Ahhh!!Kheer and Phirni are most popular rice pudding in India .Many Indian dessert (mithai) are fried foods made with sugar, milk and condensed milk. Popular Indian dessert include rasagulla,gulabjamun,jalebi,laddu. I must suggest you should try this once.
Beverage like 'tea' the most staple beverage throughout India. Since India is one of the largest producer of tea in the world. Coffee is another beverage but more popular in South India. LASSI (yogurt based drink) is a traditional beverage. Made by blending yogurt with water or milk and spices. It can go with salt and also with sugar. You can have flavored lassie like with rosewater, mango, strawberry and saffron. Sharbat is Call Beaver Ridge prepared from fruits and flower petals. It can be served in concentrate form and eaten with his spoon or diluted with water to create a drink. It made from palnts such as rose,bel,hibiscus,lemon, orange, pineapple, kokum.
