3 Easiest Dessert Recipe

Hello, readers how you doing all!! Craving for sweets and don’t have time , okay here I am for your solution. Dessert is a part of meal, which we eat at last. It consists of sweet food, like desert have many faces. We can apply to many confections, such as pudding,cakes,sweet, ice cream, pastries, custards, biscuits and cookies. In some regions fruits is also commonly found in desert courses, Just because of its natural sweetness.

Okay!! Taking about dessert and me, this is the best part of the meal for me and as a sweet lover I tried so many delicious items with few Ingredients, as we know a dessert/ sweet need a lot of time and Ingredients to make.
According to a food scientists Steven Witherly , a dessert tricks our brain into wanting more food .
Here I am giving 3  famous dessert recipe,you can make them in so quickly and the ingredients are easily available and of course super easy to make.

1. CHOCO COCONUT BALLS

This is the traditional recipe of our house, my mom used to made this in my childhood. This dessert gives a tender flashback to my childhood days. Talking about this balls ,these are absolutely mouthwatering and super easy ,I can’t stop myself to share this recipe with you guys and the best part is you can store this for more days and enjoy whenever you want!! Basically in midnight ;)
Servings- 15-18 balls

Preparation time- 30min

Difficulty level- Super easy


INGREDIENTS :-

• 4 ½ coconut flakes
• 200 ml of condensed milk
• ½ cup of dark or milk chocolate
• Chopped almonds
• Vanilla extract

METHOD

1. Take the coconut flakes in a bowl add the condensed milk and vanilla extract and chopped almonds.
2. Refrigerate it for 15min .make balls out of its and freeze it for another 15 min
3. Melt the chocolate . You can microwave the chocolate or melt those by double boil. Once done with the help of fork ,dip each balls into chocolate fully, take it out and place in a plate . Refrigerate for 15-20 min and your Choco coconut balls are ready.
Notes:
1. You can use all type of coconut flakes for it.
2. You can keep it in refrigerator for more days . In case you don’t have it is good upto 3-4 days ,place it in a air tight container.

2. APPLE RABDI

Rabdi is a very famous sweet dish in India. It is rich ,sweet, creamy that give s you total satisfaction. It is a milk based dessert, here we going to add apple and make it healthy and super delicious. You can make it in every festival of occasions. So let’s go to the recipe
Recipe serving- 3
Preparation time- 20min

Cook time- 30 min

Total time-50min

Difficulty level -super easy

INGREDIENTS

• 3 medium size apple
• 1 ltr milk
• 3 ½ tsp of sugar
• ¼ tsp of cardamom powder
• 8-10 cashew chopped
• 8-10 almond chopped

METHOD

1. Pour the whole milk to a big vessel and bring it to a boil. Boiled it , till reduced half of its original quantity
2. Add sugar and cool on low heat , string the milk continuously
3. Peel the Apple and grate two apple, add those to the reduced Milk and give it to a great mix
4. Cook for 3 to 4 min . Add cardamom powder almond chopped and cashew chopped
5. Your Apple rabdi is ready. Pour it to a serving dish. And for decoration chopped slice of apple thinly and arrange those around the dish. Serve as hot or cold

3. INSTANT PEDA

Peda is a Indian sweet dish , made specially in festivals like Diwali Navaratri. From child to oldies all love to eat this dessert . It’s typically made up of milk, but we can give it’s a lot of flavour adding various items. It’s a simple recipe anyone can make with joy and it take less time and it’s super easy. Craving for sweets and nothing in kitchen don’t worry , I’m here , I can fix all your problem just follow some steps and you can make as testy peda as nearest shop.
Let’s jump to recipe
Servings- 10 to 12 peda

Prep time- 2min

Cooking time – 3min

Total time- 5 min

Difficulty level- easy

INGREDIENTS :-

• 200gms sweetened condensed milk
• ½ tsp ghee
• ¾ cup milk powder
• A pinch of saffron
• 1 tsp of green cardamoms powder

METHOD

1. Mix the condensed milk, milk powder and ghee in a microwave safe bowl ,mix it make sure no lumps are there.
2. Microwave for 1 minutes
3. Add the cardamom powder and saffron stir it well.
4. Microwave it for 1 min . Remove it and stir again
5. Microwave on high and check. The mixture could thicken
6. If the mixture is still liquid microwave it for 1 more minutes on high and check it
7. It took me exact 3 min to bring it to the perfect consistency
8. When the mixture get cooler or warm take some ghee on palm and give it to a shape
9. Once cold , keep it in a air tight container and refrigerate.
10. Serve it as per required
