Introduction:

Chilli paneer may be a popular Indian- Chinese cuisine, the most favorite of vegan people. it's a vegan version of chili chicken. Nowadays Indo-Chinese cuisine is hugely popular in India. In fact there you'll find tons of indo-Chinese restaurants in India. Personally, I grew up Loving into Chinese food, this recipe and therefore the authentic Chinese recipe are different from one another, you'll find many veggies in indo-Chinese cuisine. 

You can make it dry, semi-dry, or gravy as the type you're keen on thereto. It goes well with Schezwan Chinese fried rice, veg Chinese fried rice, Hakka noodles and may also function starter 
This recipe chilly paneer may be a simple Chinese item and also easy for beginners. 

Firstly paneer coated with a corn starch batter and fried until crisp than a fresh sauce, adding garlic, capsicum and onion veggies, and blend with soya sauce, chilly sauce, and vinegar. 

A mixture of water and corn starch increase that chilly sauce to form it thicken. Lastly, the crisp fried paneer bits are tossed within the yummy sauce. 

In the restaurant, they create it with high flame and Chinese wok so it gives a singular smoky flavor. It is hard to urge an equivalent flavor reception. 

Serve it as a snack or as a side item with noodles and Chinese fried rice 

Ingredients: 

For paneer fired 

•  Paneer - 250grms cube size 
•  3 tsp of corn starch 
•  3 tsp of all-purpose flour 
•  ½ tsp of red chilly powder 
•  ½ tsp of black paper powder 
•  Salt per taste 
•  Water• Oil for fry 

Sauce for cold paneer 

•  1 tsp of condiment 
•  2tsp of red chilly sauce 
•  2tsp of catsup 
•  1 tsp of soya sauce 
•  ½ tsp of vinegar 

Other ingredients 

•  ½ cup cubed capsicum 
•  1 large cubed onion 
•  ½ cup chopped spring onions 
•  1/4th tsp of black paper 
•  1 tsp of corn starch 
•  1 tsp of green chili 
•  ½ cup of water 

 METHOD:

• Cut paneer into cubes. To an outsized bowl, add 3 tablespoons cornstarch, 3 tablespoons flour alongside a pinch of salt and black paper 
• Add water to form a traditional batter, it should neither be thick nor thin. I added little but 1/2 cup water here. Meanwhile, heat oil during a wok/kadhai on medium heat to fry the paneer. 
• Dip each paneer cube into the batter. then put into the recent oil. 
• Fry until the paneer pieces get golden brown and crispy from each side. Take it out from kadhai to plate. 
• Meanwhile, during a measuring jar or bowl, add soya sauce, rice vinegar, green condiment, catsup. Mix all well combined and put aside. 

Also, mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with 3 tablespoons water until cornstarch dissolves completely and put aside. 
• Heat oil in a wok on high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the ginger, garlic, scallion, and green chili. Saute for 1 minute. 
• Then add the quartered onion and capsicum. Cook for two minutes. Veggies should remain crunchy and you ought to cook on high heat. 
• Add within the prepared sauce and blend and lower heat to medium. 
• Then add within the prepared cornstarch water mix. Add an additional 3 to 4 tablespoons water. 
• Stir within the fried paneer cubes. Toss to mix the paneer with the sauce. 

Turn off heat and garnish with green onions. 
• Serve Chilli Paneer hot with noodles or rice!

Notes: 

• Use homemade paneer for best results, and if you using freezing paneer then first put it on predicament for jiffy
•  Don’t over fried, it'll become chew.
•  You'll add soak chilly paste rather than red chilly sauce
•  Don’t add extra corn starch it'll make the gravy thick and should taste differ
•  Cook the veggie in high heat and keep them crunchy
